Good initiative!! I really like this idea. Park as a lesson.
I'd like to suggest making this park more educative while presenting the alternative process of energy extraction.
That would be ideal: showing mistakes (huge dumps) and how can be learned from them (making energy). However, not every mistake can be solved let's say so easy..
